Why is it a problem?
The registry is extremely useful and without it your windows computer would not run. Unfortunately it gets filled with junk and errors very easily. If you have owned a PC for more than a week you will definitely have errors! The registry is also an area that harbors viruses and spy ware. I use Norton Antivirus, scan every week and keep it updated, but I still found 15 pieces of spy ware with a reg cleaner that Norton missed!
What is a reg-cleaner?
It is a program that searches through your registry and fixes errors. If your PC is running slow 99% of the time the culprit is registry errors. Reg-cleaners solve these problems. After using one I removed about 200 errors and my PC was 3 times as fast!
So what can I do?
I have compiled a list of some Reg-Cleaners. They are all fairly inexpensive (I paid more for my first cleaner). I suggest going for one that has a free scan then purchase if it finds any errors.

I know I must have left out lots of cleaners but this is not a definitive list, I just wanted to be help full and shop people some options.
